These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the AI Assistant SaaS product ("Product") provided by Eliasz ("we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing or using our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (acting as Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
12-Month Payment Plan:
Alternative Payment Option: You may pay €647 upfront to avoid monthly charges.
Important: Once you pass the 30-day refund window (first month), you are committed to completing all 12 payments. No cancellations, no partial refunds. This is clearly stated at checkout.

Why Days 28-30 (Not Later)?
Your 2nd monthly payment is automatically charged on day 31. By submitting your refund request on days 28-30, we can cancel your 12-month subscription before the 2nd charge processes. This protects you from being double-charged and having to wait for a 2nd refund.

Chargebacks: Attempting to dispute or chargeback payments after day 30 violates these Terms and may result in legal action and/or collection proceedings. The 48-hour refund window and revenue tiers are clearly stated at purchase.

We may update the Product from time to time. Updates are provided free of charge to all customers. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely.
NO WARRANTIES: The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
The Product integrates with third-party services (Google, Stripe, Telegram, Gemini AI, etc.). You are responsible for:

The Product and its components are protected by intellectual property laws. While you may modify and use the Product, all underlying intellectual property rights remain with us.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and destroy all copies.
If you receive a refund under our refund policy during month 1, your license is automatically terminated (but you keep the system as stated in the refund policy).
No Early Termination by Customer: You cannot terminate or cancel your subscription before completing all 12 monthly payments, except through the month 1 refund guarantee. Any attempt to cancel, chargeback, or dispute payments after month 1 is a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Product and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
