This Privacy Policy describes how Eliasz ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you purchase or use our AI Assistant SaaS product.

Data Ownership & Self-Hosting

Important: Our product is a self-hosted solution. Once installed on your infrastructure (e.g., your Hetzner server), all conversation data, files, credentials, and user information processed by the AI Assistant are stored and managed solely on your server.

We (Eliasz) have no access to:

Your server or hosting environment
Your API keys (Google, Stripe, Telegram, Gemini)
Your database (Baserow)
The personal data of your end-users
Conversations, files, or calendar data

You have complete control and ownership of all data. This makes our product significantly more private than traditional SaaS tools.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information related to your purchase of the product (not the usage of the bot itself):

Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) and Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
Contact Information: Email address provided during purchase for product delivery and support.
Website Analytics: Information about how you interact with our landing page (time spent, pages viewed) via standard web analytics. This does NOT include any data from your self-hosted bot.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes on our website only.

What we DON'T collect: Once you deploy the bot on your server, we have no access to any user conversations, files uploaded, calendar events, or any data processed by your bot. That data lives entirely on your infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process your purchase and deliver the product
Send you important updates about your purchase
Provide customer support
Improve our products and services
Prevent fraud and maintain security
Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Payment Processors: Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payments via Stripe. They handle your payment information securely under their privacy policies.
AI Processing (Your Own Infrastructure): When you deploy the product, it integrates with third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) via your own API keys. Data sent to these providers is subject to their privacy policies, and you control what data is sent.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or sale, your purchase information may be transferred to the new owner.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
