The Partnership Promise: If you run my SaaS for 30 days and generate €30-€59 in total revenue (proving the system works but you haven't broken even yet), I refund you 100% AND you keep the entire system. The code, the dashboard, everything.
⚠️ CRITICAL DEADLINE: You MUST submit your refund request between days 28-30 after your first payment. This is a strict 48-hour window that lets me cancel your subscription BEFORE your 2nd payment is charged. If you submit on day 31+, your second payment will process and only month 1 will be refundable.
I'm young, I'm a builder, and I believe in this system. Here's the simple math: Once your bot generates €60 in revenue, the business pays for itself. It covers your €53.92 monthly payment plus basic costs. You're officially profitable.
If you generate €30-€59, you proved the system works - people are paying for it - but you haven't quite hit break-even yet. That means you need more time, not a better product. So you get refunded + keep the system.
If you generate under €30, that indicates you didn't market it enough. This is a distribution game - if you can't get enough people to pay for a life-saving AI tool, you didn't show it to enough people.
Why days 28-30 (not 30-32)?
Because your 2nd payment is automatically charged on day 31. If I get your refund request on day 28-30, I have time to cancel your 12-month subscription before that second charge hits. This protects BOTH of us - you don't get double-charged, and I don't have to refund two months.
NO REFUND - This indicates insufficient marketing volume. You didn't show the product to enough people. This is a distribution game.
REFUND ELIGIBLE - You proved the tech works and made real sales, but haven't reached the break-even point of €60.
Result: You get 100% refunded AND you keep the entire system forever.
NO REFUND - You're officially profitable! The system has generated enough revenue to pay for its own monthly installment.

To process your refund request, you must provide ALL of the following:
Important: We look at TOTAL REVENUE, not number of clients. Price per client doesn't matter.
Why this matters: This prevents fraudulent refund requests and shows us you genuinely tried.
You must provide proof that you actively promoted the bot with at least 10 unique marketing activities. Examples:
Why 10 minimum? Because getting to €30-€59 in revenue proves you tried, but we need to see the distribution work to verify it wasn't just friends/family. 10 posts = genuine marketing effort.
Note: We will NOT ask for server access or credentials. The Loom video showing your n8n workflows is sufficient.

If you generated €30-€59 and submitted within days 28-30 with all documentation, you'll get refunded + keep system. Under €30? Didn't market enough. €60+? You're already winning! Outside the window? Too late - no exceptions.
Most people would never offer this. Here's why I do:
If you generated €30-€59, you PROVED the system works. Real people paid real money. You just didn't get enough of them yet to break even at €60. That's a TIME problem, not a PRODUCT problem.
So instead of trapping you in 12 months of payments when you proved the concept works, I refund you AND let you keep running it. Get those extra customers on your own time, hit €60+, and become profitable without owing me anything.
Under €30? That's different. That means you didn't distribute enough. This is a volume game - show it to more people.
The days 28-30 window? Protects you from double-charging. I need time to cancel before day 31's automatic charge.

A: Congratulations! You hit profitability. The business is paying for itself. No refund available - you're winning!
A: Under €30 = no refund. This indicates you didn't market enough. You need to show the product to more people. It's a distribution game.
A: Sure, but that's 50 clients worth of work for €50 revenue. You'd still be eligible for refund (€30-€59 range) BUT you'd need to show 10+ marketing promos. If you can get 50 clients, you can definitely get to €60 by adjusting your pricing.
A: You can't. This is a 12-month payment plan (€53.92/month × 12 = €647 total). The refund window only exists in days 28-30 of month 1. After that, you're committed to all 12 payments. That's the deal.
A: Yes. 100%. You keep the code, workflows, dashboard - everything. You just lose future updates and support. But the system is yours forever.
